29 CFR 1926.501(b)(11): Each employee on a steep roof with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems with toeboards, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems:    a)  Jobsite located at 405 E Hall, Savannah GA - On or about September 9, 2013, the employer failed to ensure employees that were working on a 5-in-12 pitch roof (steep roof) were provided with fall protection such as, but not limited to a personal fall arrest system (PFAS), exposing employees to fall hazard up to about 24 feet.      The Commonwealth Construction Of Georgia LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501 (b) (13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 314092008, citation 1, item number 4 and was affirmed as final order June 28, 2011, with respect to workplace located at 406-416 Gaston Street, Savannah, GA 31401.       ABATEMENT CIRTIFICATION IS NOT REQUIRED
