This exposed employees to caught-in hazards if their clothing or fingers were to be caught between the wire and pulley.    (d)  Fish Turbine room:  The pinch point and moving chain drive of the Bodine Electric motor S/N 6212106 were not adequately guarded.  This exposed employees to caught-in hazard to their hand if it were caught between the chain and the gear system.
