The employees use a product that contains methyl ethyl ketone peroxide (MEKP). This condition potentially exposed employees to respiratory hazard associated with MEKP. (b) Mountain Marine Industries, Inc. at 6295 E. 56th Ave., Commerce City, CO 80022: On and before11/5/13, the employer did not identify and evaluate the respiratory hazard in the workplace associated with employees conducting molding operations. The employees use a product that contains styrene. This condition potentially exposed employees to respiratory hazard associated with styrene. (c) Mountain Marine Industries, Inc. at 6295 E. 56th Ave., Commerce City, CO 80022: On and before11/5/13, the employer did not identify and evaluate the respiratory hazard in the workplace associated with employees cutting, sanding, and buffing fiberglass molds. This condition potentially exposed employees to respiratory hazard associated with fiberglass and particulates.
