29 CFR 1910.303(g)(1)(i)[A]:  The depth of the working space in the direction of access to live parts was less than indicated in Table S-1.  Distances were measured from the live parts if they are exposed or from the enclosure front or opening if they are enclosed.   a) On or about September 10, 2013, Circuit Breaker Panels on Manufacturing Floor:  Access to enclosed circuit breakers and panels ranging from 110 to 480 Volts for the manufacuring floor was hindered by storage of material.  There was not 3 feet of clear distance in front of the panels.  Note: This item was abated during the inspection.

29 CFR 1910.305(g)(1)(iv)[A]: Flexible cords and cables were used as a substitute for the fixed wiring of a structure.   a) On or about September 10, 2013, in the manufacturing area: A damaged extension cord was utilized to power a Le-Matic Portable Edgebander.   b) On or about September 10, 2013, in the manufacturing area: A damaged extension cord was utilized to power the exhaust ventilation for a table saw.
