29 CFR 1926.701(b): All protruding reinforcing steel, onto and/or into which employees could fall or come against, was not guarded to eliminate the hazard of impalement: (a) Worksite and Job Trailer - On or about September 17, 2013 employees were exposed to impalement hazards while working at the site and accessing or egressing from the job trailer. Employees were not protected by caps over reinforcing steel (rebar). The Coleman Hammons Construction Co., Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.701(b), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 315304881, citation number 01, item number 001and was affirmed as a final order on October 24, 2013, with respect to a workplace located at 417 Palestine St., Raymond, MS 39154.

29 CFR 1926.1052(c)(1)(ii): Stairways having four or more risers or rising more than 30 inches (76 cm), whichever is less, were not equipped with a stairrail system along each unprotected side or edge: (a) Job Trailer - On or about September 17, 2013 employees were exposed to fall hazards while accessing or egressing the site job trailer. Employees were not protected by a stair guardrail system on the right side going up. The Coleman Hammons Construction Co., Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.1052(c)(1)(ii), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 315304881, citation number 02, item number 001 and was affirmed as a final order on October 24, 2013, with respect to a workplace located at 417 Palestine St., Raymond, MS 39154.
