29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13):  Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems, nor were employees provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):     a)  Escobedo Construction, LLC at 571 Wind River Drive, Windsor, CO 80550:  On or before September 7, 2013, the employer did not ensure that employees were using fall protection when shingling this two-story residential roof with a 5 in 12 pitch.  Condition exposed employees to fall hazards of up to 18 feet.
