29 CFR 1926.1052(c)(1)(ii): Stairways having four or more risers or rising more than 30 inches (76 cm), whichever is less, were not equipped with a stairrail system along each unprotected side or edge: (a) Job Trailer - On or about September 17, 2013 employees were exposed to fall hazards while accessing or egressing the job trailer. Employees were not protected from falling by a guardraill system on the open side of a stair with 4 or more risers.

29 CFR 1926.701(b): All protruding reinforcing steel, onto and/or into which employees could fall or come against, was not guarded to eliminate the hazard of impalement: (a) Worksite and near Job Trailer - On or about September 17, 2013 employees were exposed to impalement hazards from steel reinforcing rod while doing digging work at the site and going to and from the job trailer. Employees were not protected by caps over reinforcing rod tips.
