29 CFR 1910.120(q)(9)(i): Members of an organized and designated HAZMAT team and hazardous materials specialists did not receive a baseline physical examination and/or was not provided with medical surveillance as required in 29 CFR 1910.120(f): a) The two employees of the Hydrite HAZMAT Team that entered the hot zone of a muriatic acid release on September 13, 2013 were not current with their periodic medical surveillance. The periodic medical surveillance examination was due on April 20, 2013 for one entrant and August 6, 2013 for the other entrant. Abatement Documentation and Abatement Certification required.
