(a) Rear side, new residential construction located at 120 Plunkett Drive, Fayetteville, GA 30215: Employees installing Hardie Plank Lap Siding on a Pump Jack Scaffold Platform were exposed to falls of approximately 20-feet, 10-inches to the ground when a fall protection system was not provided.
