29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):       On or about September 17, 2013 workers were engaged in residential construction activities repairing a gutter, fascia trim, re-nailing raised shingles,  and removing debris from the valley and gutter areas of a single-family house. Workers were exposed to potential fall hazards from a height of 20.5 feet in that a proper fall protection system was not utilized.     The Joel Cornelius Enterprises, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational safety and Health standard or its equivalent standard, 1926.501 (b)(10), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 313520181, Citation Number 1, Item number2, issued on August 5, 2009.
