29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v): A body belt with lanyard attached to the boom or basket was not worn by employee working from an aerial lift:     a- 3535 Highway 1 South, Princeton, NJ: On or about 09/17/13, a company employee performing exterior metal framing installation, and other related activities from a Genie Articulated Boom lift's elevated manlift basket, was exposed to fall hazards in excess of 10 feet to the ground surface below when he was wearing a full body harness without a lanyard attached.
