29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): 312 Wianno Ave., Osterville, Ma. 1) On or about 9-12-13 workers were not tied off while working on the roof. Workers were exposed to falls over 20 feet. 2) Guardrails were not provided at window openings at the back side of the house on the second floor exposing employees to a 16 foot fall.
