(a) Parking lot, Windy Hill West Plaza located at 1995 Windy Hill Road, Marietta, GA 30060: Employees engaged in power washing activities from a JLG 400S Aerial Lift were exposed to ejection/fall hazards while working at heights over 14 feet without a personal fall arrest system in place.
