29 CFR 1926.501(b)(10): Each employee engaged in roofing activities on low-slope roofs with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet or more above lower levels, was not protected from falling by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems, or a combination of warning line system and guardrail system, warning line system and safety net system, or warning line system and personal fall arrest system, or warning line system and safety monitoring system: At the Jobsite - The employees were not protected from falling by adequate fall protection. DEG Roofing Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(10), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 680778, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on December 3, 2012, with respect to a workplace located at 260 Loudon Road, Concord NH, and; DEG Roofing Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1925.501(b)(10), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 315486670, citation number 1, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on August 8, 2011, with respect to a workplace located at 100 Independence Way, Danvers, MA.
