29 CFR 1910.135(a)(1): The employer did not ensure that each affected employee wear a protective helmet when working in areas where there is a potential for injury to the head from falling objects:   a) Jobsite, 86 Forts Ferry Rd. Latham, NY- On or about 09/16/13- Arborist chain sawing tree branches while in a tree was not wearing a protective helmet chain and exposed to struck by hazards.   b) Jobsite, 86 Forts Ferry Rd. Latham, NY- On or about 09/16/13- Laborers and owner not wearing protective helmets were observed exposed to struck by hazards when retrieving dropped branches and chipping wood.
