29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13):Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system: (a) 177 Hopkins Pl Longmeadow, MA: On or about September 12, 2013, several employees were working to roof this residence more than 18 FT above the ground below without any fall protection; as required by this subpart: Jordan Roofing was previously cited for a repeat violation of this occupational safety and health standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b) 13, which was contained in OSHA inspection number 315517961, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on May 10, 2012 with respect to a workplace located at 90 Westmoreland St Longmeadow, MA: Specific abatement documentation that this violation has been corrected must be provided within 10 days of the abatement in accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19(d)(1).
