(a) Fork lift operators at 5540 70th Ave., Pinellas Park, FL 33781, as noted on or about 09/19/2013 were not provided with practical training on the Nissan fork lift that they were operating. Lack of practical training can result in improper operations exposing employees to struck by hazards.
