29 CFR 1926.405(a)(2)(ii)(I): Flexible cords and cables used for temporary wiring were not protected from damage: a) On the side of the trailer office - on or about September 18, 2013, an extension cord supplying electrical power to a Milwaukee shop saw and to a charger used for charging a battery pack for portable hand held drills and nail guns used by employees was located across the driveway and subject to damage by vehicular traffic, resulting in an electrical hazard. ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION IS NOT REQUIRED

29 CFR 1926.416(e)(1): Worn or frayed electric cords or cables were used: a) On the side of the trailer office - on or about September 18, 2013, frayed and damaged energized extension cords were plugged into a portable generator, which were being used by employees to supply power to electric power tools, such as but not limited to an electric powered Milwaukee shop saw, resulting in an electrical hazard. ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION IS NOT REQUIRED
