29 CFR 1926.350(a)(10): Oxygen cylinders in storage were not separated from fuel-gas cylinder or combustible materials (especially oil or grease), a minimum distance of 20 feet or by a noncombustible barrier at least 5 feet high having a fire-resistance rating of at least one-half hour: a) Inside the Building 260 - on or about September 18, 2013, one acetylene cylinder and one oxygen cylinder were stored together against each other, exposing employees to fire and explosion hazards. ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION IS NOT REQUIRED
