29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v): A body belt with lanyard attached to the boom or basket was not worn by employee(s) working from an aerial lift: a) Toyota South Service Center Collision & Glass in Forest Park, GA - Employees were working from a JLG aerial lift truck model 600S approximately 20 feet high without the positioning device being attached by lanyard to the basket or the boom of the lift, while installing top metal panels. Employees were exposed to a fall hazard.
