29 CFR 1910.151(b): In the absence of an infirmary, clinic, or hospital in near proximity to the workplace which is used for the treatment of all injured employees, a person or persons shall be adequately trained to render first aid. Adequate first aid supplies shall be readily available. (a) Mosbacher Doby Well #20-11-1, Section 20, T9N, R6W Waynesboro, MS - On or about September 16, 2013, employees were exposed to the hazard of there being no one on site having valid and current first aid & cardio pulmonary resuscitation (CPR) training certification.
