29 CFR 1926.1052(c)(1)(ii): Stairways having four or more risers or rising more than 30 inches (76 cm), whichever is less, were not equipped with at least one handrail and one stairrail system along each unprotected side or edge: On or about 9/23/13 at lots 103 and 96 at the Annaberg Place community sub-division; Employees using the stairways with up to 16 risers to access the upper level of the single family homes were not provided handrails. 1. Single family home at lot 103 with 14 risers. 2. Single family home at lot 96 with 16 risers. The Jefferson Homes, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.1052(c)(1)(ii) which was contained in OSHA inspection number 876783, citation number 1, item number 2, and was affirmed as a final order on 4/9/13, with respect to a workplace located at 285 Legends Drive Fayetteville, GA 30214.
