29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v): A body belt shall be worn and a lanyard attached to the boom or basket when working from an aerial lift: a. On or about September 20, 2013, at the above addressed jobsite an employee working from the basket of the Skypower aerial lift was not equipped with a body belt or body harness. R M S Properities, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard which was contained in OSHA inspection number 92686, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on December 7, 2011 with respect to a workplace located at Golf & Barrington Roads in Hoffman Estates, IL.
