29 CFR 1926.451(g)(1)(i): Each employee on a boatswains' chair, catenary scaffold, float scaffold, needle beam scaffold, or ladder jack scaffold was not protected by a personal fall arrest system: a) 542 New Brunswick Avenue, Fords, NJ 08863: Employees were exposed to fall hazard of approximately 20 feet from the working level to the ground due to a lack of a personal fall arrest system while working from a ladder jack scaffold. Condition observed on or about September 24, 2013.
