29 CFR 1904.7(b)(5): The employer did not record the work-related injury or illness on the OSHA 300 Log: (a) Nadu Construction Inc. dba Lancaster Home Builders - The employer did not record on the OSHA 300 Log a heat-related illness resulting from working in hot environments. An employee went to Urgent Care and received medical treatment beyond first aid, on or about September 23, 2013. Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
