B) Left side of house roof:Employee without any means of fall protection were engaged in gutter cleaning work on a residential building being exposed to a fall of approximately 12 feet on to an asphalt driveway, on or about 07/17/2013.    Ned Stevens was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard   29 CFR 1910.23(c)(1) , which was contained in OSHA inspection number 315332221, citation number 01, item number 01 and was affirmed as a final order on 05/09/2011, with respect to a workplace located at 15-41 West Main St., East Islip, NY.
