The Ramon Construction Corp. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.404(b)(1)(i), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 312859408, citation number 01, item number 01 and was affirmed as a final order on 08/17/2009, with respect to a workplace located at Horizon Rd., Fort Lee, NJ 07024.
