29 CFR 1910.22(a)(3): Every floor, working place, and passageway was not kept free from protruding nails, splinters, holes, or loose boards. a) Laundry Room- Employees working around the laundry machines were exposed to an open drain pit partially covered by a loose board, exposing employees to a tripping hazard, on or about 09/24/13. For the purposes of this inspection, this employer was determined to be the controlling and correcting employer of the jobsite. The employer is being cited under OSHA's Multi-Employer Workplace Policy. Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
