29 CFR 1926.59: An employer engaged in construction activities did not comply with the requirements set forth in Part 1910, Section 1200, Hazard Communication: a) On or about September 25, 2013, at the above addressed job site, the employer had not developed and implemented a written Hazard Communication Program. Two Instances: 1. Employees had been using hazardous chemicals such as Magnum Plus Gold M-4099 adhesive, tile mastic remover and air duct cleaning agents in the performance of construction activities and did not have a written Hazard Communication Program available or an MSDS for Magnum Plus Gold M-4099 adhesive. 2. The employer did provide MSDS to the host employer for the chemicals that the company had used on site such as Magnum Plus Gold M-4099 adhesive, tile mastic remover and air duct cleaning agents in the performance of construction activities.
