29 CFR 1926.451(g)(4)(i): Guardrail systems were not installed along all open sides and ends of platforms. a) 388 Anderson Ave., Closter, NJ: Employees were exposed to fall hazard in excess of 11 feet while working on a scaffold without guardrail system installed along the open ends of the platform, on or about 09/20/13. b) 388 Anderson Ave., Closter, NJ: Employees were exposed to fall hazard in excess of 11 feet while working on a scaffold without a midrail installed at the open side of the platform, on or about 09/20/13. F. Pardo Corp. was previously cited for violations of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 126.451(g)(1), which were contained in OSHA inspection number 312865330, citation number 2, item number 2 (repeated violation) and was affirmed as a final order on 09/15/10, with respect to a workplace located at Ft. Lee, NJ and in OSHA inspection number 314675257, citation number 2, item 3 and was affirmed as a final order on 07/15/11, with respect to a workplace located at Palisades Park, NJ.
