29 CFR 1926.304(d): Portable, power-driven circular saw(s) were not equipped with a guard above and below the base plate or shoe:  On or about 09/26/13 at 5025 Havenbrook Court, Cumming, GA:  Employees that were operating a skill saw used a piece of wood to hold the guard for the blade in the open position, while cutting lumber (2x4 and 2x6).
