29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1): Each employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems: On or about September 25, 2013, at the worksite located at 10914 Kanis Road in Little Rock, Arkansas, employees on a low pitched roof engaged in roof activities such as but not limited to ridge cap installation, were exposed to unprotected falls of greater than 6 feet.
