OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1):  The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which was free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that employees were exposed to contact hazard.  a) 32 Dart Road, Newnan, Ga., Warehouse Floor: The employer failed to ensure that an adequate eyewash station was maintained for employees that handled injurious materials such as, but not limited to, Zep Split Recirculator containing phosphoric acid.  Employees were exposed to a contact hazard while performing operator assigned duties of transmission re-fabrication.

29 CFR 1910.1200(h)(1): Employees were not provided effective information and training on hazardous chemicals in their work area at the time of their initial assignment and whenever a new hazard that the employees had not been previously trained about was introduced into their work area:  a) 32 Dart road, Newnan, Ga., Warehouse Floor: The employer allowed employees to use chemicals in the remanufacturing of transmissions while failing to provide information or training to those employees regarding the potential hazards of handling Zep Split Recirculator, Advanced Industrial Coatings Acrylic Enamel, Lacquer Thinner and other chemicals that they were exposure to daily.
