29 CFR 1910.23(c)(1): Every open-sided floor or platform 4 feet or more above adjacent floor or ground level was not guarded by a standard railing on all open sides except where there is entrance to a ramp, stairway, or fixed ladder: a) 720 S. Justison St., Wilmington, DE - Employee observed working on the edge of the roof, approximately 20-25 feet above the ground, without fall protection. The employee was power washing the building while leaning over the edge of the roof. This exposed the employee to a fall hazard. The violation was observed on or about September 30, 2013.
