OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): Section 5(a)(1) of the Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970: The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which was free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that employees were exposed to struck-by/crushed-by hazards:    On or about September 27, 2013 and times prior thereto, at or near 150 County Road 507, Lafe, Arkansas, employees were exposed to struck-by and/or crushed-by hazards while setting one section of a double wide mobile home onto foundation blocks. The employees were using two 12 ton bottle jacks to lower the home onto its foundation when the unit shifted and fell. The unit was left raised on the jacks while employees worked underneath. An employee who was under the mobile home was struck-by and/or crushed-by part of the steel structure of the unit.
