29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems, nor was an alternative fall protection measure provided. (a) A Repair Guy, Inc. @ 2737 E. 13th Ave., Denver, CO 80206: On and before October 7th, 2013, the exposing employer did not ensure that fall protection systems were utilized by employees engaged in roofing activities while working at the unprotected edges of a roof on a multi-family residence. Employees were working on the roof not protected from falls in excess of 6 feet. The condition exposed employees to a fall hazard of approximately 22 feet.
