29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet or more above the lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems, nor was an alternative fall protection plan which meets the requirements of 29 CFR 1926.502(k) developed and implemented: a) On or about 10/08/13 CSHO observed one employee installing new roofing material on the roof of the detached garage and a second employee doing rip and tear work on the roof of the two story single family home, neither employee was wearing any fall protection.
