Abatement certification was not received for the following violations:      a.    Citation 1 Item 1, and  b.    Citation 1 Item 2, and c.    Citation 1 Item 3, and d.    Citation 1 Item 4, and  e.    Citation 1 Item 5.

29 CFR 1926.1428(a)(3): The employer must make the documentation for whichever option is used available at the site while the signal person is employed by the employer. The documentation must specify each type of signaling (e.g. hand signals, radio signals, etc.) for which the signal person meets the requirements of paragraph (c) of this section:  Employees installing trusses were exposed to being struck by overhead trusses and the employees were not provided signal training for crane operations and the documentation provided did not specify the training received.
