Section 5(a)(1) of the Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970:  The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing for likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that employees were exposed to the hazards of ejection from aerial lifts while occupying the buckets in transit:  On or about October 3, 2013, while trucks were moving, employees rode in the buckets of Altec AO300 bucket trucks which are not designed by the manufacturer to be occupied in transit, exposing employees to the hazards of ejection from the bucket in the event of a collision or other roadway hazard.
