QUEST CONSTRUCTION WAS PREVIOUSLY CITED FOR A VIOLATION OF THEIS OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY AND HEALTH STANDARD OR ITS EQUIVALENT STANDARD 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1), WHICH WAS CONTAINED IN OSHA INSPECTION NUMBER 313623548, CITATION NUMBER 01, ITEM NUMBER 001 AND WAS AFFIRMED AS A FINAL ORDER ON OCTOBER 5, 2009 WITH RESPECT TO A WORKPLACE LOCATED AT THE CORNER OF 6th AVE SE AND WASHINGTON ST. ABERDEEN, SD 57401
