29 CFR 1915.87(c)(2): The employer did not ensure that a first aid provider was able to reach an injured/ill employee within five (5) minutes of a report of a serious injury, illness, or accident such as one involving cardiac arrest, acute breathing problems, uncontrolled bleeding, suffocation, electrocution, or amputation. On or about 10/14/2013, while employees worked at the Port of New Iberia, the employer failed to ensure that a first aid provider was able to reach an injured/ill employee within 5 minutes of a report of serious injury/illness.
