29 CFR 1926.451(c)(2)(iv): Front-end loaders and similar pieces of equipment were used to support scaffold platforms when they were not specifically designed by the manufacturer for such use: a) 19 Commons Blvd., New Castle, DE - Employees engaged in roofing activities were observed using a high reach fork truck to raise and lower employees from the roof area. This exposed the employees to a fall hazard of approximately 20 feet. The violation was observed on or about October 18, 2013.
