OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to his employees in that employees were exposed to the hazard of being struck by storage rack components or materials in storage contained within the racks, due to the rack overturning through normal usage or accidental impact, in that the storage racks were inadequately anchored to the floor: (a) Storage areas throughout the facility: The metal storage racks in use in the facility were not anchored to the floor with anchor bolts, on or about 10-18-13.
