29 CFR 1910.1200(h)(3)(i): Employee training in Hazard Communication did not include methods and observations that may be used to detect the presence or release of a hazardous chemical in the work area: a) Big Y Foods, North Adams: The employer did not train the employees who operated the propane-powered floor buffer what the "Inspect USA" Carbon Monoxide Detector Badge was and what purpose it served. The badge was attached to the floor buffer and would alert the operators to excessive concentrations of carbon monoxide.
