Observed on or about 10/17/13.

Noted on or about 10/17/2013. J&J Fiberglass Decks and Roofs was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard 29 CFR 1926.503(a)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 314226788, citation number 1, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on 04/23/2010, with respect to a workplace located at 242-244 Krams Avenue, Philadelphia PA 19128.
