29 CFR 1910.147(c)(6)(i): The employer did not conduct an annual or more frequent inspection of the energy control procedure to ensure that the procedure and requirements of this standard were followed: Press rooms and machining department, mechanical power presses and CNCs: on or about October 18, 2013, employees locking out production machinery for servicing and other setup tasks were not inspected periodically (at least once per year) to ensure their level of proficiency in the hazardous energy control procedures implemented by the employer to ensure sufficient level of protection and compliance. Abatement documentation is required for this item in accordance with the requirements of 29 CFR 1903.19(d).
