29 CFR 1910.110(f)(2)(i): Liquid Propane Gas containers in storage were not located so as to minimize exposure to excessive temperature rise, physical damage, or tampering by unauthorized persons.  Containers in storage awaiting use were located in an area unprotected from vehicular traffic. Employees were exposed to hazards associated with striking LPG fuel tanks.

29 CFR 1910.136(a): The employer did not ensure that each affected employee uses protective footwear when working in areas where there is a danger of foot injuries due to falling or rolling objects, or objects piercing the sole, and where such employee's feet are exposed to electrical hazards:    The employer did not ensure that employees working in the front line and other areas wore foot protection. Employees were exposed to the hazard of foot injury from objects in excess of forty-five pounds.
