29 CFR 1910.141(a)(3)(i): Places of employment were not kept clean to the extent that the nature of the work allowed: a. Second floor ceiling plenum - the boxes attached to the HVAC duct work that adjust air flow contained a buildup of dirt, dust, and debris and were creating hazards associated with poor indoor air quality. Violation observed on or about 12/10/13.
