29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system. a) Allison Apartments, N Maple Ave, Evesham: ACA Construction employees were conducting framing activities on the roof of a two story apartment building without any form of fall protection and were thus exposed to a fall hazard of 17 feet from the roof's eave to the ground. Observed on or about 10/17/2013.
