The Car Brite White Lightning contains chemicals such as, but not limited to, Hydrofluoric Acid. The Car Brite Beetle Juice contains chemicals such as, but not limited to, Sodium Hydroxide. The employer did not require the use of a face shield and/or splash goggles.

The hand held buffer was powered by a cord that was plugged into a damaged extension cord. The extension cord's outer insulation was damaged exposing the inner cords.

The Car Brite Glass Cleaner and the Car Brite Beeltle Juice contains chemicals including, but not limited to, Sodium Hydroxide. The employer did not implement labels on the spray bottles.
